Pauls Valley Municipal Airport (KPVJ) is a city-owned airport south of Pauls Valley. Its published Runway 17/35 is approximately 5,001 × 100 feet, with Jet-A, 100LL, AWOS, and an LPV approach. Under normal operations, its location makes it a convenient local airport for Garvin County and the I-35 corridor.
Important: the airport's official website currently states that KPVJ has been closed beginning November 3, 2025, until further notice while Runway 17/35 is removed and replaced. Because this status can change, current NOTAMs and airport information must be checked before planning any operation. The city-operated airport normally provides fuel and general-aviation support.
Once KPVJ reopens, Air Direct can evaluate the field for Citation Excel operations based on aircraft weight, weather, runway condition, obstacles, and required reserves. While the closure remains in effect, nearby alternatives can be evaluated based on the passenger's actual origin or destination.
Air Direct is an FAA Part 135 on-demand air carrier based at Cox Field (KPRX) in Paris, Texas. We own and operate Citation Excel N560AD with professional two-pilot crews and complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi. When you charter with Air Direct, you work directly with the company operating your flight.
Airport suitability for any particular trip depends on aircraft weight, weather, runway condition, elevation, obstacles, required fuel reserves, and other operational considerations. Availability is confirmed for the actual itinerary before a flight is accepted.
