Air Direct provides private jet charter service to Ardmore and southern Oklahoma using Ardmore Municipal Airport (KADM) and, when the trip and operating conditions make it appropriate, Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport (1F0). Citation Excel N560AD is based at Cox Field (KPRX) in Paris, Texas, roughly a 20-minute flight from Ardmore under typical routing and operating conditions.
Fly directly with an FAA Part 135 operator aboard a spacious midsize jet with a professional two-pilot crew, generous baggage capacity, a private lavatory, and complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi. Whether the trip is business at the Ardmore Industrial Airpark, a visit to one of the region's major employers, or a weekend at Lake Murray, your itinerary is built around where you actually need to go.
Ardmore Municipal Airport (KADM) is the area's primary business-aviation airport and is classified by the State of Oklahoma as a National Business airport. Located within the Ardmore Industrial Airpark, KADM is towered, offers Jet-A, AWOS, major maintenance capability, and ground transportation, and has two runways.
Runway 13/31 measures 9,002 feet by 150 feet and has ILS capability. Runway 17/35 measures 5,404 feet by 100 feet. The long primary runway gives KADM substantial flexibility for Citation Excel charter operations and makes it the natural choice for many Ardmore trips.
Ardmore also has Ardmore Downtown Executive Airport (1F0), approximately a mile southeast of the city. Its Runway 17/35 measures 5,014 feet by 75 feet, placing it just above Air Direct's 5,000-foot runway screening guideline. Because the runway is considerably shorter than KADM's primary runway, use of 1F0 is evaluated carefully for aircraft weight, weather, runway condition, required performance, and the specific trip.
Having both airports available gives Ardmore something many similarly sized communities do not: a highly capable towered airport with a 9,000-foot runway plus a closer-to-downtown executive field for trips where its operating envelope is a good fit.
At KADM, private aviation is supported by The Line Shack, an Avfuel FBO offering full-service Jet-A, ground handling, GPU service, catering, courtesy transportation, internet access, showers, maintenance support, and after-hours callout service. The airport even has Jake's Joint on the field—an aviation-oriented lunch stop that has become part of the airpark's personality.
At 1F0, KMA Aviation provides Jet-A and 100LL, ramp parking, courtesy transportation, a pilot lounge/snooze room, showers, and 24-hour access to its pilot facilities. That combination makes the downtown field useful when the runway and trip requirements align.
Air Direct has operated under FAA Part 135 since 2002 and is based at Cox Field (KPRX) in Paris, Texas. Ardmore is roughly a 20-minute flight from our home base under typical conditions, putting southern Oklahoma within our natural regional service area.
When you book with Air Direct, you are working directly with the air carrier operating your flight. We own and operate Citation Excel N560AD, provide our own qualified flight crews, and manage your trip from the initial quote through completion of the flight.
Midsize comfort, useful capability, and complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi.
N560AD offers a spacious midsize cabin with seating for up to nine passengers, a private aft lavatory, fold-out work tables, passenger power outlets, and room to stand and move about during flight.
The Citation Excel's large external baggage compartment makes N560AD well suited for business luggage, family trips, golf equipment, outdoor gear, and other trips where baggage capacity matters.
Complimentary Starlink Wi-Fi lets you stay connected for work, communication, or entertainment while you travel.
Ardmore sits on I-35 between Dallas–Fort Worth and Oklahoma City and has developed into an important southern Oklahoma center for manufacturing, energy, distribution, healthcare, agriculture research, and aviation. Area employers and institutions include Valero's Ardmore refinery, Noble Research Institute, Mercy Hospital Ardmore, Dollar General distribution, Dot Foods, EJ Foundry, and other industrial and logistics operations.
KADM is part of the Ardmore Industrial Airpark, a former Army Air Force base with more than 1,000 acres of developable industrial property, rail access, Foreign Trade Zone status, and aviation tenants including King Aerospace. The field's 9,000-foot runway, FAA control tower, and maintenance infrastructure make aviation part of Ardmore's economic identity—not simply a way to get there.
For executives, technical teams, customers, vendors, and project personnel, private charter can make a same-day or multi-city itinerary far more practical than building the trip around airline schedules in Dallas or Oklahoma City.
Ardmore began as a railroad town in 1887 and still has the feel of a regional crossroads. Its historic downtown, local restaurants and shops, and location along I-35 give the city a combination of small-town accessibility and regional-business importance.
Just south of town, Lake Murray State Park offers boating, golf, trails, lodging, cabins, and the landmark Tucker Tower overlooking the lake. Ardmore also sits within Chickasaw Country, with easy access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and the Arbuckle region.
Whether you're coming to Ardmore for business, industry, family, Lake Murray, or simply using southern Oklahoma as the starting point for a longer trip, private charter lets you use the airport and schedule that fit the mission instead of the other way around.
Two useful airports, strong business-aviation infrastructure, and a schedule built around you.
KADM offers a 9,002-foot towered primary runway with ILS capability, while 1F0 provides a downtown executive-airport option when its shorter runway fits the trip.
The Ardmore Industrial Airpark, FBO support, maintenance resources, and regional industry make Ardmore unusually aviation-capable for a community its size.
Choose when you want to leave and when you want to return. Your itinerary is built around the trip you need to make—not a published airline schedule.
Business meeting, plant visit, family trip, weekend at the lake, or a longer cross-country journey—private charter lets the itinerary revolve around you. Citation Excel N560AD is well suited for both regional and cross-country travel, with nonstop capability depending on passenger load, baggage, winds, weather, airport conditions, and required fuel reserves.
